Preparation is your key to success.

Although Customer Readiness sounds self-explanatory, the importance of understanding Verizon's requirements and your responsibilities with regard to building access, local contact and demarcation points should not be underestimated. When placing your orders, please review the requirements and responsibilities outlined in the following sections to help make your installation a success.

The "Accrual of Charges" section of your contract indicates you are required to ensure your site is ready on time to prevent service delivery delays. If your site is not ready to accept service, Verizon may consider the service delivered and thus invoice for charges.
