Verizon Wireless has a number of helpful tools for ITT46 customers. Please speak with your Verizon Wireless Account Representative to gain access to My Business and ECMS.

My Business
My Business Account is the online self-service tool for Verizon Wireless business and government customers. My Business Account enables you to view and pay your bills, create business structures, view select reports and maintain your account. Additionally, your designated employees can purchase equipment, accessories and service using My Business Account’s functionality.

Enterprise Customer Mapping Solution (ECMS)
Verizon Wireless also offers the Enterprise Customer Mapping Solution (ECMS) for approved enterprise customers2. ECMS is a mapping tool that displays Verizon Wireless coverage by service type. Coverage outages are depicted for 1xRTT and EV-DO service only. ECMS provides data from an internal mapping and analysis tool and makes it available for our enterprise customers to view. Coverage layers are updated quarterly.

Features of ECMS include:

  • Web-enabled mapping display tool
  • Coverage Out of Service (OOS) messages are received in 5 minute intervals
  • Tabular and cartographic output
  • Enterprise customers will have secure access via VPN to the application
  • Thin client, no downloads required
  • Application allows zoom in, zoom out, zoom to last extent, zoom to full extent, panning
  • Locate by address, city, state, county, zip code
  • Locate by coordinates
  • Locate by proximity
  • Measure tool – measure distance between 2 points
  • Query Tool – for OOS alarms
  • Legend for feature selection
  • Create & print custom maps
  • Spatial bookmarks

VZAccess Manager (for Customers with USB Cards)
VZAccess Manager is a software client that simplifies connecting PCs wirelessly to our Verizon Wireless Mobile Broadband services, Wi-Fi hotspots and government VPN connections. VZAccess Manager is compatible with our data cards, ExpressCards, USB modems, most Mobile Broadband-capable embedded laptops, and PCs tethered to certain Smartphones, BlackBerry devices, and handsets. VZAccess Manager allows your government subscribers to easily launch their VPN client and government applications, send and receive text messages, and get usage and support information. VZAccess Manager is compatible with both Windows and Mac operating systems.

The Verizon Wireless Crisis Response Team (VCRT) is the team that comes together when a natural disaster or crisis occurs to support the community, government, non-profit organizations and emergency management agencies. The team provides assistance 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and can be reached at 800-981-9558.

VCRT offers the following support during a crisis for customers and non-customers:

  • Backup voice and data coverage
  • Equipment and network support
  • Routing of appropriate requests to the Law Enforcement Resource Team (LERT).
