Offer: During the 12-month period following promotion enrollment and during each Extension Period:
Audioconferencing: Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-bridge port rates, based on the Customers monthly volume of audioconferencing usage, for: Conferencing Calling usage within the U.S. Mainland, Alaska and Hawaii, in lieu of all other rates, based on Service Level and access method; and, at the Unattended Service Level for Instant Meeting Service usage from the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii and the U.S. Virgin Islands to the U.S. Mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands:

Net Conferencing: Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-participant rates for Net Conferencing usage, based on use of Secure Sockets Layer (SSL):
Without SSL With SSL
Videoconferencing: Customer will be charged the following per-minute per-site transport charges per each two channels of Switched 56 kbps or 64 kbps service used per call and port usage charges for domestic Voice Services Videoconferencing usage, excluding service which terminates in Guam:
Instant Replay Plus: Customer will be charged $0.24 per-minute per-caller for access to Instant Replay Plus replays.
Availability: Customer must enroll between January 1, 2004 and September 30, 2004.
Upon expiration of each 12-month period following a Customers promotion enrollment, service shall continue under this promotion for a 12-month period (Extension Period) unless Customer provides Company notice of termination of service under the plan at least 60 days prior to the expiration of the expiring 12-month-period.
Customers receiving the benefits of this promotion may not receive the benefits of any other promotional offering or discounts on audioconferencing and Voice Services Videoconferencing.
