Rapid Response Retainer starts with a core service package made up of essential components such as a proactive assessment, emergency escalation protocol, and guaranteed service level agreement. Its modular nature allows you to design a retainer to match your needs. A number of expansion pack services—such as incident response planning, or detection and response capabilities on the network, backbone or endpoint—provide customization options that help your organization minimize the time to contain and recover from a cyberattack.
