Incident escalation

Where an escalation is required on a ticket that was raised by our Asia Pacific Customer Contact Centre, please call 65 62486772 (Tolled) (or +81 3-6868-2830 (Tolled) if you require Japanese language support). Billing Support matters may also be escalated through this channel.

In order to escalate an incident handled by one of our other Worldwide Contact Centre teams, the matter would be better handled by contacting that centre directly and requesting an escalation.
