How does Verizon Identity Governance and Administration work?
The Verizon approach to identity and access governance makes use of a standard methodology, available in all of the services listed above. Our methodology covers the follow steps:
- Advise. We review your current governance policies and assess their effectiveness. We’ll then determine where the gaps are and make recommendations about how to fill them. Once these are made, we’ll create a roadmap to help guide your organization to where it needs to be.
- Implement. Using a plan-design-deliver-sustain approach, we work closely with your IT personnel to implement the roadmap, including suggested tools and policies.
- Manage. We provide a number of operational models that cover everything from ad hoc technical assistance to help-desk end-user support to fully managed services for identity and governance.
